Strawberry- A Secret to Beauty


Strawberry is one of the most beautiful fruit. As it is beautiful itself, it also helps you to become beautiful. Strawberry contains those minerals and vitamins that help you to boost your immune system. The salicylic acid present in strawberries is very good for skin. It also repairs your damaged skin and enhances your beauty. Strawberry can help you in the following ways.


Benefits:

Bleaching: Strawberry has bleaching effect. It removes dark patches from your skin. Take strawberry, lemon juice and a spoon of honey. Mix well and apply it on your face.

Antiseptic: The salicylic acid in strawberry has a peeling effect due to which it refreshes your skin. The copper in strawberry stimulates collagen production and make tour skin elastic.

Strawberry Facial Toner: Strawberry is a good toner. Take ½ cup strawberries mash them well and then add 1 tablespoon cucumber juice and 1 tablespoon rose water. Make a smooth paste, if the mixture is runny then add 1 teaspoon oatmeal to thicken the paste a little. Apply the paste on your face and after 10 minutes wash it with cold water.

Masks: You can easily make strawberry mask at home. Take 5-6 strawberries, ½ tablespoon heavy cream or yogurt, 2 tablespoon honey. Mash the strawberries well and mix it well with cream or yogurt and honey and make a smooth paste. Apply with finger tips on your face. Leave it for 20 minutes. Then wash it with fresh and cold water.

For oily skin this mask will be better. Things required are: 1 Egg, ¼ cup almonds, 1 cup sliced strawberries, 2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 table spoon plain yogurt. Put these all ingredients in a food processor and make a uniform paste. Then apply this paste evenly on your whole face. Leave this mask for 10 minutes and then wash it off.

  • Vitamin B5 - 4%
  • Vitamin B6 - 4%
  • Vitamin K - 3%
  • Copper - 2%
  • Manganese - 20%
  • Dietary fiber - 13%
  • Iodine - 8%
  • Potassium - 6%
  • Folate - 5%
Strawberry fights against certain cancers and also has anti-inflammatory properties. It also treats some diseases like constipation, flu and high blood pressure.  Whenever its strawberry season when should dare to eat 10 kg of strawberries. In the morning try to eat strawberry with dairy products and use it regularly in all meals.
